  1. Do you offer delivery or pickup options for your baked goods? As a small business, we offer delivery and pick up at a designated location upon request. 

  2. Can I place custom orders for special dietary needs or preferences? Although we cannot guarantee we can accommodate dietary needs for ALL recipes, we are able to accommodate specific items. Reach out to us to confirm. 

  3. How far in advance should I place my order? We recommend 2-3 days advance for smaller orders and 2 weeks for larger catering orders. We do not offer same day delivery or pick up. 

  4. Are your ingredients locally sourced or organic? We take pride in using high-quality ingredients in our baked goods. While we strive to source locally whenever possible, not all ingredients may be available locally year-round. 

  5. Do you offer cake tastings or consultations for wedding or special occasion cakes? At this time we do not offer wedding or special occasion cakes, hence we do not offer tastings or consultations. 

  6. What forms of payment do you accept? We accept cash at our pop-ups or at markets, credit/debit cards, and other forms of electronic payment. Payment details will be provided upon placing your order.

  7. Do your baked goods contain allergens such as nuts or dairy? Some of our baked goods may contain allergens such as nuts, dairy, or gluten. We take allergen concerns seriously and take precautions to prevent cross-contamination. Please inform us of any allergies or dietary restrictions when placing your order, and we'll do our best to accommodate your needs.

  8. Do you offer gift packaging or custom packaging for special occasions? Yes, we offer gift packaging and custom packaging options for special occasions such as birthdays, holidays, and other events. Just let us know your preferences when placing your order, and we'll make sure your treats are beautifully packaged and ready to impress.

  9. Can I order smaller quantities of baked goods for personal enjoyment, or do you have minimum order requirements? We welcome orders of all sizes, with a few restrictions on a few (see product description), whether you're looking for a single treat to satisfy your sweet tooth or a larger quantity for a special occasion.
