Refund policy

At Soulful Slices, we strive to deliver baked goods that delight our customers. If you are not entirely satisfied with your purchase, we're here to help.

Returns:

We accept returns on items within 12 hours of the purchase date and time of fulfillment. To be eligible for a return, your item must have at least 50% of the contents it had when delivered. It must also be in the original packaging. Please retain your receipt or proof of purchase.

Refunds:

We will immediately notify you on the status of your refund after inspecting the item. 

If your return is approved, we will initiate a refund to your original method of payment. You will receive the credit within a certain amount of days, depending on your card issuer's policies.

Damaged or Defective Items:

If you receive a damaged or defective item, please contact us immediately for assistance. We will gladly replace the item or issue a refund as necessary.
