This cookie is more than a treat. It’s a memory baked into every bite. We took our mom’s favorite—classic oatmeal with peanut butter and chocolate chips—and added a twist she would’ve loved: a dip in rich raspberry-infused chocolate for that perfect touch of sweetness.
